It includes a large open-concept living room, office space, indoor dry sauna, game room, gym, a reading/music room, laundry room, deck with a propane fire pit and a fenced yard. Availability: October - April/May. Dates can be somewhat flexible. The driveway and garage is shared with the separate unit downstairs. The downstairs unit consists of an ADU with its own entrance. There is space for 2 off-street vehicles (1 in the garage, and 1 in the driveway - considering cars are parked 1 in front of the other). All utilities are included (heat, water, sewer, electric, wifi, and trash/recycling). This location is a great part of midtown. It is minutes from downtown and local restaurants and is very close to Westchester Lagoon and the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. It is a quiet, well-established community. We prefer to talk to potential tenants and will offer showings if the space is available (it operates as a short-term rental in the summer) and if the screening criteria is met. We use a platform called RentRedi to set up the lease and collect security deposit/rent. I do not require renters insurance, but it is highly recommended.
