It will be available to move in on June 1st (Possibly earlier), and you would take over the last 3 months of our lease. After Sept 5th you can sign your own lease with the apartment complex or move. How it would work is you will pass a background check with the apartment complex, then you can move in and pay our monthly price which is $1,324 which includes trash and water. Gas, electric, and cable/internet are separate. Apartment has working AC and Heat. Community is friendly for families or young people.
