The bungalow is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in the heart of Spenard where my neighbors are often seen out walking, running and playing with pets and children in the neighborhood park just a few feet away! My home is less than 10 minutes from the airport (a $10 cab ride), 20 minutes from JBER, and 10 minutes from downtown Anchorage. I live in a very convenient location as a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, REI, bookstores, etc are all less than 5 minutes away. All major hospitals are within a 10 minute drive! My neighborhood (Spenard) is full of delicious restaurants of every kind (Pho, Thai, Mexican, Classic American, Sushi, even Himalayan) and lots of wonderful activities (yoga studio called Anchorage Yoga, cycle studio, gyms, bars, a movie theater called Bears Tooth, etc). All of these businesses are within 5 minutes of the bungalow. This is fully furnished and All utilities included!
