For a limited time, The Dunes is also offering a Heroes Discount as a small thank-you to those who serve our communities. Military residents may receive 10% off monthly rent with a valid military ID. Nurses, first responders, and teachers may receive 5% off monthly rent with qualifying documentation. Select accessible apartment homes are available. The Dunes is also pet-friendly, with pet screening required and up to two pets permitted per apartment, subject to approval.
