I am sitting here trying to figure out where to even begin; the bathrooms optioned to the level of an executive home? The gorgeous flooring? The 10/10 curb appeal? The fenced in back yard with huge concrete patio, with tons of entertainment area all just outside of the patio door? How do I pick what to describe first? I honestly believe this is one of those homes that goes pending the first weekend it is available. Seller is pending on another piece of real estate, and asked me to price the home to sell NOW. If you have been looking long, you will know, that is exactly what we did. Take a few days to think about it.....AND IT WILL BE GONE.
