Paved back porch with hillside views front and back. All hard floors (no carpet or linoleum). Located outside city limits yet good quick access to main thoroughfares. No smokers or smoking permitted. Current tenants plan to be moved out by end of April however, possibly could have some delay. Additional costs for tenant include water, electricity and garbage pick up. Also small cost with addition of pellets to whole house water softener. Cant find where I can change feature that says utilities paid. Be aware they are not.
