    Super Nice! Pictures don't do it justice. We built and designed this home expecting to live in it, but our circumstances changed. Four-year new home w/ upgrades galore. The home is move-in ready. Large master bedroom with huge bathroom. Bedroom/Office with sliding glass door to patio. Private 3rd bedroom. Ceiling fans in each room. Solar-tube skylights everywhere. Tons of natural light, without the added heat. Stainless Steel kitchen appliances. The washer and Dryer were new when the house was built. Chef-kitchen: tons of cabinets and counter-top space. Huge Center Island with raised bar (seats 5). Energy efficient heating and cooling system. Dual Pane windows with upgraded wall/ceiling insulation, this means lower electric bills. Oversized 1-car garage with great workbench/storage area. Great neighborhood. Home is at the end of a cul-de-sac. We prefer no more than 3 people residing in the home. 18-month lease required. Small pets considered. Non-smoker. No Drugs. $1900/month + $1,000 deposit. Email for more pics/ etc. I get tons of inquires. In an effort to avoid wasting my time (and yours), I respectfully ask that you consider your financial ability to afford any of these homes. Minimum requirement must be a combined household income of 72K annually. Additionally, I require recent bank statements with a balance of at least 5K+. In my opinion, this level of savings will demonstrate your financial stability. If you meet these standards, I'd be happy to show you the home. I ask that you drive-thru the neighborhood BEFORE contacting me. This will ensure you like the neighborhood/site/location. Preference will be given to candidates that include their job-history/resume and convey a personal note about yourself and your rental situation (why you are moving/ etc). Also, please indicate your desired move-in date. This house is unoccupied. That means I lose money for every minute they are not rented. Weighted-preference will be given to applicants with a faster move-in date. I get so many inquiries. I will not respond to anyone that cannot follow these simple instructions. They are designed to save your time (and mine). If you are truly interested in this home, you gotta put your best-foot-forward. I sort thru tons of emails/inquiries per day. The water is supplied by a well, so there is no water bill, no gas, only electric and garbage. Owner pays for sewage. Small pets are allowed for an additional $50 per month per pet.
