It has an eat-in kitchen bar, living-room with a nice view of Grants Pass, plus a small outdoor covered deck. This home will be available on 11/5/24. This home is very energy efficient with (3) individual mini-split systems. Electric bill is tenants responsibility. Water is via a well. The home is very dog-friendly, with a small gated backyard area. It's also located on the canal walk, so great exercise/walking paths. The 2-car garage is huge. Extra long, with tons of storage. There is also a huge laundry room with washer/dryer included. 1-year lease is minimum, but prefer 2-year lease. Non smokers ONLY. Please be advised, in an effort to keep wear & tear down, and maintain a quiet community. We will only rent this home to a maximum of 2-adult persons. We prefer an individual, a single-parent with a small child. If you are individual people sharing this home as roommates, I will consider your application, but be advised, there will be an additional per-person fee of $50/month/each. We love Pets, but please add $50/month rent for each pet. This is quiet private community. I'm looking for respectful people that will love this home and area. Thanks for looking. PLEASE: do not send me a generic email asking if it's still available, or you would like to schedule a tour. The rental market is very competitive, and you need to put your best foot forward, and make a great 1st impression. Please tell me a bit about yourself/ job/ why ur are moving/ etc. This is designed to avoid wasting your time (and mine). PLEASE consider your financial ability to afford this home before contacting me. Minimum requirement must be a combined household income of 65K annually. Additionally, I require a recent bank statement with a balance of at least 3K+. In my opinion, this level of personal savings will demonstrate your basic financial stability. If you meet these standards, I'd be happy to show you the home. This is listed on Zillow as a rental, but I MAY also be willing to do a lease-option-to-buy to the right candidate.
