This is a wonderful homesite and a great community. Go there any evening and you will see the residents walking, jogging and bike riding. Access to the lake is always a plus. All the fishing, swimming and fun water activities for anyone. Over the years I've had clients who have grown up in this neighborhood and wanted to return; to raise their families there also. That says a lot. The lot is tucked in the back which offers a lot of privacy and little traffic. This has a Crosby address but it is excellent Huffman schools. It's a community that is an excellent place to raise children but it is also a place enjoyed by many retirees. This is a "must drive by" as nice building sites in Crosby are becoming rare indeed.
