The apartment would be available starting Nov. 1st, and would go until May 30th, 2021. There may be a potential to renew, but that's something to be discussed with the property manager. It's located on Windsor & Harvard st. in Cambridge. We've lived here for 6 years and have loved it! It's conveniently located to grocery stores, coffee shops, and a couple of nice parks. The downstairs neighbors are pretty quiet and we've never had an issue with noise. If you have a car, we usually never have too much of an issue finding street parking. Unfortunately, it is not pet friendly. About the place: Accessibility info: 3rd floor apartment, one set of 4 steps steps to enter building - $1950 a month, ALL utilities are included except for internet and there are no fees - Right around the corner from Lamplighter and Cambridge Brewing Company (honestly been a huge perk) - 10 minute walk to Central, 10 minute walk to Kendall, 10-15 minute walk to Inman Square - 10 minute walk to whole foods, 30ish minute walk to trader joes - 30 minute walk into back bay, 30 minute walk across the longfellow to MGH - Bathroom has a tub - There is a huge harry potter-esque closet in the living room, and another closet in the hallway, there's additional storage in the basement as well! -Bedroom can fit a king sized bed (we have one currently) + 2 dressers - Coin op laundry in basement Owner pays all utilities, no fees, no pets, on street parking.
