This location is close to shopping, restaurants, and the touristy things to do in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. From the apartment, traveling down Boyds Creek Highway, headed west toward Maryville, the main intersection is Chapman Highway, just three miles from the apartment. From there, renter can head south to Sevierville and the Smoky Mountains or head north toward Knoxville and the I-40 interstate. Going east from the apartment, renter can travel eight miles down Boyds Creek Highway to Winfield Dunn Parkway. From there, renter can turn right and head toward Sevierville and the Smoky Mountains. Turning left, renter can head toward Kodak and the I-40 interstate, exit 407. This apartment is part of the landlord's home, connected with a breezeway. The house and apartment are located in an upscale, quiet, residential community. The apartment is fully furnished. All furniture, dishes, utensils, linens, towels, sheets, etc. are supplied. Vacuum provided. The landlord must follow strict HOA guidelines, which also apply to the renter so that the general look and condition of the neighborhood remains in good standing. A maximum of one operational vehicle is permitted for the apartment unit. A designated parking space is provided. The parking space is uncovered. **Proof of renter's insurance is required upon renting the apartment. Renter must obtain and use a P.O. box for personal mail. The lease is short-term and can be considered for renewal at the end of each lease. Landlord will negotiate the initial terms of the lease with the renter. Minimum rental period is three months. Due at signing - first month's rent and deposit. The deposit cannot be used to pay the last month's rent.
