The home is in an upscale, quiet, neighborhood off Boyd's Creek Road, between Seymour and Sevierville. Children are not permitted to live on the premises. Children can visit. The apartment is attached to the main house, where we live. The neighborhood is upscale and has HOA restrictions we must follow. The renter will be permitted one operational vehicle at the home. The driveway will be shared. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy. No smoking includes any and all types of material, legal and illegal. The renter will share the yard with the landlord. The house utilities are included (water, gas, electric). Internet and cable are also included. A trash dumpster is provided. All trash must be bagged. The location of the dump will be provided for the renter to dispose of trash at the dump. Trash must be taken to the dump, on a weekly basis. The tenant is required to obtain and use a Post Office Box for all mail. Credit and background checks will be performed, along with verification of references and employment. Renter's insurance is required. The lease duration is negotiable. Prefer a three-month or six-month lease.
