Besides the 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, there is a comfy living room, kitchen, dining area, family room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and lots of windows. House is well shaded, which makes it easier on the air conditioning. It also has a driveway with a carport. We are looking for a reliable, clean renter to occupy this house absolutely no pets and no smokers. We are asking $1200 per month plus utilities in an area where other houses rent for between $1400 and $1700. Being only 900 sq ft, the house and rooms are a bit smaller and would probably be best for only one or two people. We are collecting first month and last month rent up front along with $1000 deposit.
