There is also a stacked washer/dryer unit on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor is a combined kitchen/living area shared with the other resident, and a partially covered patio with a gas grill. On the first floor is a home office and a second full bath, as well as a garage. I am a live-in owner and park my car in the garage, but arrangements can be made to use the storage space in the garage if necessary. The lease is 1 year, and can be extended longer if desired. No smoking or vaping inside. Please keep everything reasonably clean - I understand there is general wear and tear from living in a space. Parking is street parking - it's just outside one of the restricted parking zones so make sure you read the signs. I have never had trouble finding a spot within a block at any time of day. Pets are allowed, assuming they are well-behaved and non-destructive.
