The house has 11 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors throughout with 8 inch baseboard, 8 inch crown molding and custom casing around the doors and windows. It has 4 bedrooms. We use 2 for bedrooms and 2 for offices, one each for my wife and I. A 3 car garage, room for both cars and your golf cart. It is one of the largest houses in this subdivision. This subdivision has a large club house with all of the amenities one can imagine. The club house has a restaurant, exercise room, pool tables, craft rooms, and much more.
