This building sits on a central corner in North Capitol Hill, near both Cheesman Park and City Park. Walk to the Carla Madison recreation center, the Botanic Gardens restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Apartment 10 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath corner apartment with extra windows and great natural light. The main door enters onto a large living area with hardwood floors and a large entry closet. The master bedroom is huge - over 200 square feet. The second bedroom is also large, and both bedrooms have hardwood floors. A hallway between the living area and the kitchen has a closet with an in-unit clothes washer and dryer The kitchen has newer stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. A door from the kitchen leads to a large, shared and fenced backyard area where residents can relax on the deck, garden in the flower beds, or play with their dogs on the turf beneath a large elm tree. Large, double paned windows and thick brick walls create quiet living space. Although this apartment is on the first floor, it sits about five feet above the surrounding street and sidewalk, so people can not see in, The apartment has central heat and air conditioning. Security deposits are fully refundable at move out if the apartment is left fully cleaned and in good condition.
