This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which feels very open and spacious on main floor with a good size kitchen with lots of cabinet space. All bedrooms are upstairs and 3 of the bedrooms have good size walk in closets, and the other room just a normal size closet. This home is right on a corner of a half cul-de-sac which is great for families with children. The basement currently is not finished so great for tons of storage. This home is in the legacy farms area and has great parks, trails and more all around. Great neighborhood and neighbors around, but also so close to all shopping, grocery stores and freeway with the Spanish fork parkway road. At least a 12 month lease but we are happy to do a longer contract.
