It faces a 26 acre lake that is used to water the greens of the TIERRA DEL SOL golf course across the lake. Lots of water fowl, ducks, geese, hawks, eagles, cranes, etc. The lake is stocked with catfish and non motorized boats are allowed. I use to have a 16 foot canoe! There is laundry facility on site, carports and a swimming pool on on site. There is a public park next to the golfing across the lake. The unit has just had a $4,000 heating and cooling system added last month and the tenant added tile on her own, she is a long term tenant, but on a month to month contract. The video predates recent improvements. HOA fees are $185. a month. Taxes for us are $42. a month. My mother who will turn 92 in July was in the rental business and once owned 16 of the 40 units here. She sold 3 in 2012, 1 in 2013 and has 2 in escrow now. I think its safe to say she is retiring! She is selling her remaining 8, this one included. This was my favorite unit, I stayed in it 3 nights a week while manager and HOA President. I could see the lake outside the windows, I could see my canoe! In summer huge trees shade the front of the unit. It is no wonder my mother has a long term tenant in this unit.
