My awesome tenants are leaving so I now have a beautiful recently renovated 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house with large fenced in backyard available The house is awesome but the best part is the location as you're 5 minutes from uptown, 7 minutes from South End and walking distance to all the new restaurants/breweries opening up on the West End/Lower Tuck. The house was completely renovated in 2021. It features open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout, beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, farmer's sink, granite countertops, and backsplash. Both bathrooms feature tile and new fixtures. The master bathroom is gigantic. Washer/dryer IS included. There is also a large, fenced in backyard AND YES, WE ARE PET FRIENDLY I'm a dog lover and I tend to like people who have dogs of their own. We also installed a firepit and a pergola on the patio so you can enjoy the large backyard. Tenant pays for utilities and is expected to maintain the yard. Lease is for 1-2 years (flexible). We look at credit score (we ask for a minimum credit of 650), criminal background check, proof of income (monthly income should be 3 times the rent), and eviction history. Renter's insurance is also required (its about $15 per month fyi). Application fee is $75 per person. We do add $250 to the refundable security deposit for a pet (this of course is refundable at the end of move-out if the house is left in good shape).
