Tenant pays for all utilities and takes care of the yard. We ARE dog-friendly. All we ask is an extra $250 towards the security deposit (which of course is fully refundable assuming no damage). We have had tremendous success with some really great people for this house and are looking to continue that. The ideal applicant(s) will have a credit score of 600 or above and make 3x the rent amount. We conduct criminal background checks, credit reports, proof of income and rental history. Application fee is $75 per adult. Also, there is a $13 monthly charge for landlord liability insurance.
