This is a room for rent inside of a duplex with another room for rent as well (other room not in pictures). Ideal for travel professionals such a nurses, students on internship and flight attendants who have assignments for months at a time in one city. The home is completely furnished, has a full kitchen and living room, study area to use at your pleasure. There are three rooms but only two for rent so each person can have their own bathroom if they desire. Doors have locks so only you can enter. I'm not on the premises much besides maintenance purposes. The area is quiet except for children who play outside after school as kids do. It's an older neighborhood that is being slowly restored but has had no crime in the eight years I've owned it and has felt very safe. I can leave my Amazon packages outside for a week (and have when I travel) and no one touches them! I do provide the wifi for the outdoor camera system. Home is close to several medical facilities, less than 10 minutes drive. UTA is approximately 15 minutes (or less) away as well as sports venues, food/dining, shopping and entertainment. Lease duration is a 30 day minimum. No smoking on the home, no pets allowed. There will be a background check required ($40 fee) prior to signing a lease.
