Earnest money will be applied & credited toward the total required move-in funds. A 1x non-refundable $299 admin fee is due at lease signing. All application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE; please confirm propertyavailability before paying & applying. We love pets. All applicants must complete our third-party pet screening. No charge if you don't have a pet or have an ESA/assistive animal (documentation will be required). For pet owners, pet application fees are $30/pet via credit card & a $30 fee for additional pets ($25 via Ach). Pets receive a Paw Score, which determines monthly and move-in fees:#5- $45/mo & $299 at move in. #4- $55/mo & $299 at move in. #3- $65/mo & $299 at move in. #2- $75/mo & $399 at move in. #1- $85/mo & $500 at move in. All Rosenbaum Realty Group residents are enrolled in the $75 Resident Benefit Package, which includes HVAC air filter delivery(where applicable), credit building for timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, a utility concierge to simplify move-in connections, our top-tier resident rewards program and more. Security Deposit of 1.5x base rent + a 1x $350 maintenance coordination fee + a 1x $299 admin fee due at move-in.
