Previously utilized as a vacation rental, this Charming 1 bedroom Villa can sleep 7 comfortably. It has 5 beds total. The Master Bedroom Suite has two rooms with a room divider. It boast 1 King memory foam bed and the other room has a room divider and a daybed that converts to a king. The 2nd bedroom suite has 1 Queen memory foam bed. And the living room/common area has a single/twin pullout sofa. The living room/ common area is also equipped a flat screen TV and dining table. It has a kitchenette with a stove, microwave and refrigerator and is fully stocked with the essentials, dishware and cookware. This unit has a large Full bathroom with a walk-in all tile shower. Our Villa is located in the friendly neighborhood of Holy Cross in downtown Indianapolis. It provides walkable access to the city's best restaurants, bars, performing arts, entertainment, sports, museums and parks. It is just minutes away from two of the City's notorious streets Mass Ave and Fountain square. Also very close to The Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It's a few blocks away from public transportation and the Blue Indy electric car rental station. We are located 1 mile east of the downtown circle. 2 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium, Banker Field House and The Indiana Convention Center. Also 5 miles away from Indianapolis Motor Speed Way. The neighborhood is in the Holy Cross neighborhood of downtown Indianapolis. Our guest should experience everything Downtown Indianapolis has to offer, after all it's just a minutes away and walking distance. Some of the downtown highlights are: The Downtown Indy Canal, The famous Mass Ave, The Monon Trail, The Indy Zoo and close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. If our guest are into The Performing Arts there many Theatres and dinner plays daily. And for the outdoor adventurer we suggest downtown bike rentals with the Indiana Pacers Bike share or see Indianapolis in a horse Carriage with Indianapolis Carriage Companies. Rent is due on the 1st of each month (1st month will be prorated daily) and there is a $25 discount if rent is paid by the 25th of each monthly.
