This home is in the best location in the area. It has the largest lawn ajacent to the kids park and wooded backyard. There is a two level deck in the back overlooking the woods. Neighborhood Description This house is about 1/2 mile from the Greenway at exit 5, two blocks from Safeway and various restaurants. It is an end unit with the largest adjoining common area in the development. Kiddie park visible from the house and at the end of the block is one of three community pools. The HOA also provides two tennis courts. Broadlands has a trail system perfect for walking/biking that connects to Ashburn and Ashburn Village. A great family community!
