All bedrooms and living room are carpeted. One occupant only for this listing. No smoking inside. No overnight guests. No pets. Water, garbage, power, internet included. Shared w/d, fridge, microwave. Shared hall bathroom with other roommate and visitors. Street parking. Preferred to have long term roommate, but will make exceptions. Please help take garbage outside if full. Please help move the outside garbage bins to the curb on trash day. Please clean your dishes when done.
