A TV is available if you want one in your room. Your bathroom is right outside your door. No smoking allowed inside the house or patio. Pets considered, dogs only. Dog must be compatible with owner's dog, fully house trained and crate trained for when left in the home alone. Parking is mostly on-street but I live on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic and plenty of street parking. You will be responsible for cleaning your bedroom & bathroom and picking up after yourself in all other areas of the house. Solar used so owner prefers laundry done during daylight hours. Owner can secure you a temporary or occasional access to 4 different recreation centers with swimming pools.
