This home will look like the first photo prior to March 1, 2021. I am looking to rent my 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath home. The house is located in Ridley Township. You will be 10 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown Philadelphia. You could also drive to Wilmington, Delaware in 20 minutes. The Springfield Mall is 10 minutes away and the King of Prussia Mall is 25 minutes away. I am looking to rent my house to people who: - are employed - do not smoke or do drugs - are neat and clean - are responsible - have decent credit - do not have pets - will not bring weapons into my home The house will be available on March 1, 2021 for $1700/month. The renters will pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent on or before Feb 1, 2021. There is a $30 application fee as well (this will cover the background check). The application fee is nonrefundable. There is a deck and an attached garage and driveway at the rear of the house. Street parking is also available in front of the house. The house is equipped with all of the following: -Central air -ADT security system -Automatic garage door opener -Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave -Washer, dryer -ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms -a new water heater was installed in November 2020 -Bath fitter installed a new tub and wall surround in November 2020.
