I am looking to rent my house to people who are: - are employed - do not smoke or do drugs - are neat and clean - are responsible - have decent credit - do not have pets - will not bring weapons into my home The house will be available on May 1, 2021 for $1750/month. The renters will pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent. There is a $25 application fee as well (this will cover the background check). The application fee is nonrefundable. There is an attached garage and driveway at the rear of the house. Street parking is also available in front of the house. The house is equipped with all of the following: -Central air -ADT security system -Automatic garage door -Dishwasher, stove, refridgerator -Washer, dryer -ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms I have attached a few pictures of the house.
