Access in and out is a breeze with an electronic lock and with your own en suite bathroom, your stay can be as comfortable as your like! Utilities are included in the rent. No pets allowed. No smoking in side of home. No drug use allowed on the premise. The initial lease will be 6 months and continue to another 6 month or year lease. The 2nd level is shared common space and it's planned that a maid service to clean these areas. However, there is an expectation that tenant(s) clean after themselves.
