Its a ranch style house located on bogue banks. If you walk to the end of the yard and look right; you are only 100 yards from the beautiful Bogue Banks Sound. If you look right and travel about 750 yards (easy walk) you sitting on the sands of Atlantic Beach. We completed a full remodel of the house in 2009 with all the things that you would see on the home network and DIY. We did this to make it more livable; but we are ready for a change and would love a chance to sell to you. I will be adding more photos and a video in the coming days. We are currently going room to room for complete cleanup and outside cleanup and am going to do a virual tour including the walk out the front yard showing the proximity to coastal waters.
