The top level can be reached by climbing the stairs, above there is a queen bed with sheets, a duvet and tons of pillows, a bar area with two stools, a large closet with clothes hangars and storage drawers, and there is also a nook with a desk and lamp for studying/reading, and finally there is an air conditioning unit, and smart television with wifi. This little home sits behind another house on the same property, but it is all fenced in and very well hidden, for lots of privacy. Lots of street parking. Additionally, there is an outdoor seating area strictly devoted to this house, to enjoy the grass and shade of two large pecan trees. This home is pet friendly so please feel free to bring your furry family members! Monthly $50 nonrefundable pet fee. No smoking in the house.
