All cooking and eating dishware and utensils are there. When leaving the kitchen, there is a large hallway that takes you to a large bathroom with a washer and dryer in there, as well as a shower and tons of towels for your stay. If you go further down the hallway, you will enter the bedroom that has a king sized bed, large closet with hangers, a large desk and chair, office storage unit for documents, and additional seating. This property has 3 entrances; the front door, a door that enters into the hallway, and door out of the bedroom. Once you leave the bedroom door, you will go out to a concrete slab that is all enclosed in the fenced in yard. The yard is mostly made up of grass and has outdoor seating. This property has a sister unit on site, so the other renter may have dogs or cats, which means the fenced in yard would be shared with yourself and them. All utilities are included. Lots of street parking. The property is in a great location and is a short walk to tons of bars and restaurants, the Riverwalk, and a dog park! It is less than a 5 minute drive to San Antonio's famous Pearl area.
