Location is close to I275 and easy access to everything. Older home in an older neighborhood. Close to downtown- Hospitals and lots of restaurants. Lease is 12 months and may be extended if both parties are in agreement. Owner pays water/sewer/trash removal and yard care. Tenant pays rent and electric and anything they need in the way of internet and phone. Tenants are to keep unit clean. Report any issues with the house. If the broken item is caused by the tenant neglect or carelessness, they are responsible for the repair. (ie- we had a tenant's dog jump through the window and break it- the lease did not include animals. It was tenant's responsibility to pay for repair to the window and removed the dog) Prefer non smoker. Small repairs are the responsibility of the tenant. (I do not drive over to replace light bulbs)
