Pet-friendly (dogs only, additional fee; no cats) Napa Cork & Cottage is a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a bonus ADU office/bedroom suite, ideal for longer stays, and groups of up to 8 people. Inside, enjoy: - Bright and cozy living area with a sectional, smart TV, and streaming access - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cooking essentials, and bar seating - Three serene bedrooms with soft bedding and ample closet space - Chic bathrooms, full-size washer/dryer - Dedicated workspace for remote work or planning your Wine Country adventures Outside, your private oasis includes: - Newly redone spacious yard with patio, plush lounge seating, and outdoor dining - Built-in fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars - Market lights for magical Napa nights - Fully enclosed, dog-friendly yard perfect for pets and families - Barbecue for Everything at Napa Cork & Cottage is designed for comfort, style, and ease ideal for romantic getaways, family trips, or extended work-from-home stays. The owner will consider any length of stay over 30 nights. For rentals between one to three months, no security deposit is required, but a monthly $99 damage waiver fee will be added to your agreement. Owner pays for trash and water. Renter may either put gas and electric into their name prior to their stay (requires a simple phone call) or you may optionally pay a monthly "Utility Fee" of $300 instead.
