Loft area is great for office space, Rec area, or an extra bedroom if needed. Full bath with large tub (jets) is upstairs. Laundry provided as well upstairs for easy and convenient washing. Lower level consists of a very large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Half bath right off the kitchen. Small dining area and comfortable living room with an electric fire place. This is part of an HOA but rental agreement will include that amount. Renter is responsible to abide by HOA guidelines which are straightforward and will be provided. Renter is only responsible for gas, electric and internet. (all 3 would be put in your name and paid monthly). Full 1 month rental deposit due before moving. The HOA does require a $100 move in fee and another $100 move out fee. 2 stall garage and space for 2 cars on the driveway. Monthly rent: $1800 Renter pays for gas, electric, and internet. No smoking of any kind. I prefer no dogs but I am open if they are small and trained. I may require a pet deposit. Rent due on the 1st of each month. Deposit is due with first months rent or prior to moving in. 2 month advance warning for terminating the lease or you forfeit your deposit. Any damages will be covered from deposit and if extensive (replacing carpet for example), the renter will be responsible. Parking is very limited due to the small street. There is no regular parking on the street. Please keep cars in the driveway or garage. No large utility trucks, campers, boats, UTV vehicles, etc. are allowed.
