Our home's 2 bed / 2 bath + futon layout is perfect for up to two separate adult renters or one family with two or three children. Rent includes all utilities, one parking space in the attached garage, and ample exterior parking for up to three vehicles or trailers. Our home's ideal location affords easy access to world class hiking, fishing, hunting, and OHV trails; six local hot springs resorts; multiple premium ski resorts; endless backcountry skiing, nordic skiing, and mountain biking; the world-famous Ouray Ice Park; idyllic boating at the Ridgway Reservoir; three family-friendly Via Ferratas; and a wide range of year-round rock climbing. Forget the 20-minute drive from Ridgway to other rentals on Log Hill or Elk Meadows. From our front door, it's an easy: -- 2-minute drive (or 15-minute walk) to the heart of Ridgway -- 5-minute drive to the nearest hot springs (Orvis) -- 7-minute bike ride to the RAT mountain bike park or the Ridgway Reservoir -- 10-minute drive to Ouray / Red Mountain Pass -- 45-minute drive to Telluride or Silverton. Adventures await in every direction! Minimum lease term is 3 months. Maximum lease term is 6 months. Start date is flexible from November 15th to December 15th. Property includes attached garage parking for one standard passenger vehicle (maximum height 8 ft), plus additional exterior off-street parking for up to three vehicles or trailers. Owner reserves the right to conduct a mid-lease inspection, with at least five days advanced notice to renter. Owner and renter agree to conduct a mandatory final inspection at lease termination.
