Enjoy beautiful views through all the windows, and hopefully you will spot the family of deer who live in the back. Three private bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. The bathroom has a full tub. The 1st bedroom has a full size bed and desk, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. 3rd bedroom has its own electric baseboard heat and has a queen size bed, desk, armoire and wall-mounted workout equipment (tested up to 150 pounds). All three bedrooms have room darkening shades. Even though the house is super close to downtown, the house feels so private that we leave most of the window shades open so we can enjoy seeing the trees all around. Kitchen is fully equipped for people who love to cook. Large gas stove is nestled in a granite island overlooking the 2 living rooms. Dining area opens to the kitchen. Toys for children 1-8 years old are available upon request. The house is a 9 minute walk from the playground at South Hill Elementary School and the South Hill Recreation Trail. The house can easily be set up for kids to enjoy as well as adults. Renter is responsible for snow removal. There are snow shovels already in the house.
