Flexible move-in date around September 12th through October 1st for the right tenant, including flexibility on the lease / 3 or 6 month lease. No Dogs allowed in the complex, but up to 2 Cats are good! Apartment in great shape & very clean. I've done this arrangement one time so far and it's worked out great with the roommate. Win / Win.
