In addition to the bedroom, it has a separate loft area with a skylight for your home office or the occasional guest and 2 outside deck areas with views (see photos)! The entrance area of condo has room to store the grocery cart (included) and a little bench and coat rack to remove shoes, coats, dump packages, etc. Then, there is a skylit staircase to the main living area with brand new hickory wood flooring in bedroom, hallway and living room and luxury vinyl plank in the kitchen and bathroom! The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances as well as cookware, dishes, flatware, and gizmos. There IS a second stool for the breakfast bar, it was just being replaced during the photo shoot. Mini-split air-conditioning unit (also works for supplemental heat if necessary). The location is great -- about a quarter mile east of the Pearl St mall (with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars in between) and a little less than a half mile to all your errands including Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, Target, REI, etc.! Walk or bike to everything/anything. Bcycle station a block away! Minimum lease term is 30 days, but leases can be signed for up to one year. For rent terms less than 90 days, a $300 cleaning fee is charged and subtracted from the security deposit. Heat and gas is included, electricity bill with Xcel is tenant's responsibility. For lease terms under 90 days, electricity bills will be disclosed to tenant and subtracted from the security deposit. For lease terms over 90 days, tenant will be asked to put Xcel bill in their name.
