    One bedroom Tiny House Mansion Must be Moved, 550 ft2 20K OBO Our Tiny House Mansion was formerly a 2 bedroom, 1971 12x52 Biltmore trailer; it was completely gutted in 2013. 14 windows, 2 steel doors with windows, and a sliding glass door were added. The home gets amazing natural light; even on a rainy day there is no need to turn on a light till the sunsets. The home was completely re-insulated, and a new gas furnace installed by Air Quality Mechanical in 2016. The tiny 2nd bedroom was converted into a large bath with a jetted soaker tub and walk in shower, both with custom slate and river rock work. The former bathroom/laundry room was downsized to a spacious walk-in closet with in-closet laundry, making a larger master bedroom. The kitchen has cherry cabinets and granite tile counters, with a large single basin granite composite sink and lots of storage. The home is still in need of some work before it can truly leave its 1971 trailer home history in the past and blossom as a beautiful tiny house mansion. The largest project would be new siding. Adding an entryway/mud room addition could also help with the functionality of the day to day. The home cannot stay where it is. There are a few other projects we were waiting to tackle once we permanently re-homed the house. They would be the perfect opportunities to give the home the finishing touches that will make it yours. There are no base boards, and currently the flooring is painted sub-floor. The sale does come with enough unfinished 3/4in tavern grade maple hardwood floor, to finish the whole home. The sale can also include a 14 x 8ft deck, 12 x 9ft storage shed, and patio of 1x1 red pavers, which could easily be moved with the home if you choose. We are not pursuing that option, but if it is re-titled it will be eligible to move within the city limits. We are asking 20K or best offer, trailers of similar size and age sell for slightly less and non-mobile tiny houses sell for substantially more. At 20K with the additional work and cost of moving, it would still be considerably less than a fully finished tiny home of similar size, stick built or park model. We would really love to see it go to someone who will appreciate it as much as we have, and enjoy making it truly shine as their new home.
