We remodeled this 2BR, 1BA, 800+ sq.ft. end unit in 2020 with engineered wood flooring in the bedrooms, hallway, and living room, installed new energy efficient windows and exterior doors with integral blinds, a new water heater, and an energy efficient heat pump central forced-air space heating and cooling system, and installed a 2.4 kW solar photovoltaic system to offset about half of the electricity usage. The kitchen includes gas range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and hanging rack for pots and pans over the sink. Laundry hookups for washer and electric or gas dryer are available in the unit with shared laundry facilities available at the common house for a fee. The common house includes a guest room where tenant's guests may stay occasionally (a couple of times per year). Tenant may enjoy the other amenities including hot tub, organic garden, organic fruit orchard, and various groomed and not-so-groomed grounds and will be invited to participate in one or more committees to support and maintain those amenities. Month-to-month term with 60-day notice of cancellation by either party to terminate the lease before that time. Small dogs only. No smoking allowed in the unit. Direct tenant inquiries only. Owner pays water, sewer, and HOA dues. HOA pays garbage, recycling, and green waste pickup. Renter pays net electricity (2.4 KW of solar panels) and natural gas and is responsible for maintaining the landscaping for the front and back yards. Renter is expected to participate in community landscaping, maintenance, common meal preparation, and other association responsibilities. Some community amenities and activities may require tenant financial contribution, e.g., laundry fees, common house cleaning fees, landscape buyout fee, and the tenant's share of common meals. First month's rent and first half of security deposit due at lease signing. The remainder is due 30 days after commencement of occupancy.
