We are pet friendly although we require an additional deposit for them. The location is in the heart of the downtown district with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Orlando is now a 25 minute drive away and Sanford, Leesburg, and the Villages are a close commute. We are fortunate to have long term tenants who enjoy our location and are all well established. Owner pays for water. Electric is tenants responsibilty.
