Beautiful apartment located just off the lake with awesome sunsets and a wonderful patio to enjoy them on. We enjoy the quiet downtown of Mt Dora with all the local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our tenants are all long term with most choosing to live here many years. We are a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants and are now a half hour drive to the Orlando area and Sanford. We just updated the kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom is about 14 x 18 with a walk in closet while the second bedroom is about 12 x 12 with a standard closet. There is a laundry room directly off the Kitchen which works as large closet/pantry as well. The main room and the master bedroom both have sliding glass doors that overlook the lake and open onto a patio. The bathrooms and kitchen are tiled with carpet throughout the rest of the apartment.
