We have an OPEN LOT in our beautiful Woodland Trails MHC community to bring a home in, or we can help you order a brand new custom built home. This lot is set up with sewer, gas and electric. Space size can fit up to 76ft long x 24ft wide home. All applicants must go through our company background and financial screening, not Zillow's. Renters are responsible for utilities and the maintenance of the land and the home on the land. Parking on the street is not allowed. Guests staying for more than 2 weeks, consecutive or non-consecutive, must undergo a background check. All potential residents applying for acceptance into the community must undergo a background and credit check. Sub-letting is not allowed.
