Lower level features a another large living area with a massive screen/sound system for watching movies, a kitchenette, and another full bath. There are two additional bedrooms both with large egress windows. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other features a queen bed and a twin. Lastly, there is a large alcove area that has two twin over double bunk beds. In all the home can comfortably sleep 14 people in beds. Please note the alcove is not a separate bedroom. Though you feel a world away, the beaches are close by and easily accessible. Holland State Park is a 4 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk. Tunnel Park is a 25 minute walk or 7 minute bike ride. There is parking available at both beaches as well. We provide four bicycles for use during your stay. Downtown Holland is minutes away. Be sure to visit the Farmer's Market on Monday evenings, Wednesday and Saturday mornings at the civic center. Visit The Retreat and experience for yourself why it has earned that name. This home is a vacation rental home and is available for short stays until mid-June. After that it is available for weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday) until later August.
