Right near Poudre River and bike trail; can ride to Old Town in about 25 minutes. A peaceful, private home; a great place to read and unwind. Window A/C, gas heater. You'll be subletting from a CSU professor who will be away on a research project; duration is January 1 through July 31, but there may be flexibility to move in earlier. Unit is fully furnished and best for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff (there IS some storage available in the garage below; just ask). I will clean out the closets and drawers and the desk so you can settle in! Kitchen is fully provisioned. Utilities are INCLUDED, including: heat, electric, internet, water, trash. Best for a quiet, single person who appreciates calm. No smoking (including leaf), no pets. Uncovered outdoor (not garage) parking available.
