The apartment is located at Seminary Road in Alexandria, VA. CVS, Aldi, 7-Eleven and Planet Fitness are within 3 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, but my current roommate is selling her furnitures in her room. If you want, you can buy her furnitures and rent the room, or you can bring your own furniture. You can move on the 1st of February or the 15th of February. The rent is $1360 with utilities included for a month! Also, parking fee $35 per month if you have a car. Parking fee $35
