The unit is fully furnished and water, garbage, local phone, Cable and internet are included. Television set in living room and each bedroom. Electricity paid separately by lessee. Portable air conditioning in each bedroom and living room. 6 fans. Pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and barbecues are a part of the property amenities. One assigned parking spot. Additional parking on property close to unit. It is a short 2 block walk to the ocean sands and beach. 3 restaurants available within a few blocks. Owner is open to a 6-12 month lease.
