The rental comes included with a brand new stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a slightly used washer and dryer(not in photos). Tile floor throughout except bedrooms which have brand new carpet, quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with double shower heads and double vanities. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and a single sink. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet. High vaulted ceiling in kitchen/family room area. The home is located on a 3 acre piece of private property. There is currently no private backyard/fence for the home. We are located only a few minutes from the lake! For the privacy and security of our other tenants on the property we do not advertise the address.
