Has not had any maitainence or renovations done since 2002. Septic system has not been flushed and is backed up. Water fixtures are outdated and not high efficiency, causing extremely high water consumption. Faulty or non working electrical fixtures, along with outdated ductwork and questionable heating and air conditioning units, lead to higher than anticipated utility bill. Several leaks under or around home due to busted water pipes. Have not been weatherized properly or at all. Foundation has dry rotted under the kitchen floor causing a super natural roach infestation incurable by man made terminates. Not to worry, replacing laminate. Carpet is well cushioned thanks to multiple layers throughout the years. Security is good. You can literally hear anyone outside of the home within a 100 ft radius.
